THE IDEA

Las canciones del EP fueron grabadas en una sola toma en un estudio en las sierras de Córdoba. Ni más ni menos que la voz de Sasha acompañada de su guitarra. Quisimos plasmar esa misma sencillez, honestidad, denotando cuenta de lo efímero del sonido dejando su huella en el momento presente en el que estaba siendo emitido.

The songs from the EP were recorded in a single take in a studio in the mounts of Córdoba. Sasha's voice and his guitar, nothing more, nothing less. We aimed to capture that simplicity and honesty, emphasizing the transient nature of sound, leaving its imprint in the present moment as it was being emitted.
ABOUT THE PROCESS

La búsqueda inició de manera analogica haciendo distintas pruebas de pouring, probando con distintas mezclas hasta dar con el efecto ideal, usando dos colores que contrastaran y evocaran las sierras. Hicimos reencuadres hasta dar con una morfologia interesante. El aire de ese espacio siendo atravesado por la frecuencia de las canciones, de la voz. Para los Canvas, stop motion de ilustraciones hechas a mano alzada jugando con la misma espontaneidad.

The search began in an analog way, trying out different pouring techniques and experimenting with various mixes until achieving the ideal effect. We used two contrasting colors to evoke the essence of the mounts. Through reframing, we discovered an interesting morphologies. The air in that space was penetrated by the frequency of the songs, by the voice.
For the Canvas, we created stop-motion animations of hand-drawn illustrations, playing around with that same spontaneity.
